Films with a View | Sun Screenings
Films are being shown on Tuesdays until September at Pllek, the urban beach bar. Movies are in English or other languages with English subtitles. Movies start at dusk, but for correct timings, check when a film starts to ensure that you are not late to the spot. While you do not have to book a seat, there is a small charge to rent headphones.

Rooftop Movie Nights
The experience of spending a night watching a movie with panoramic views of Amsterdam city from atop a roof terrace is something you must try. West Beach Film Festival
This festival shows movies in the open air for free for 11 days in a row in New West. From September 12 to 22, 2019, you can watch a movie on the Sloterstrand waterfront. In addition to movies, there is music, snacks from many food trucks, and activities for kids. You do not have to book tickets, but seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
